Purpose of the role is to lead and coach designated branches (Super Centres) in the North West area to deliver exceptional performance against blueprint.
KEY RESULT AREAS - To exceed or achieve all Blueprint performance targets - To exceed or achieve all agreed FOMs - Effectively communicate company and group information in a professional and appropriate manner - Ensure training and coaching of each member of staff in the Super Centre is to date and effective - Manage and motivate the Super Centre team - Ensure the Super Centre achieves agreed quality and standards - Plan resources to meet Branch growth*new opening (including succession planning) - Understand and use management information effectively - Effectively handle and resolve any disciplinary or grievance issues arising in the Super Centre - Conduct and document: full Super Centre audits, monthly one to ones with each manager, quarterly and annual appraisals for each Branch Manager - Manage internal controls and risk within the Super Centre - Hold regular Centre Manager meetings, ensuring clear communication of management issues - Work within SOPs and Policy and ensure all staff adhere to SOPs and Policy and evidence this - To embrace the `Working Together` culture
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS - Blueprint performance - Bonus program - Monthly 1-1s - Quality and Standards - Focus Groups - Area Manager league tables - Through the appraisal process
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - 3-5 years relevant industry experience - Good commercial judgement - People management skills - Financial Services knowledge and experience - PC literate - Good level of financial awareness - Evidence of exceeding performance targets and deadlines - FSA Basic level
Basic salary is Ј30k-Ј33k with opportunity to earn upto 44% bonus. Benefits include car, mobile, pension, life assurance etc
